Oscilloquartz: international leadership and B2B development

Oscilloquartz develops precision synchronisation solutions for telecommunications networks and other critical infrastructure. My career there began in 1996, progressing from electronics to customer support, pre-sales and international management.

This experience has taught me to explain technical subjects clearly, connect customer needs with the offer and coordinate expertise in an international B2B environment.

Examples of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) clocks developed and sold by Oscilloquartz SA.

My career at Oscilloquartz

October 1996 – May 1999: electronics technician, responsible for assembly and final testing of precision devices. This role provided the technical foundation for my career.

June 1999 – April 2001: after-sales service engineer. I structured repair tracking and planning with shared tools and a database. Reducing lead times from several months to several weeks reflected the work on service organisation and coordination.

May 2001 – May 2007: customer support manager. I coordinated field engineers, training and documentation, and contributed to website requirements and digital marketing projects.

June 2007 – April 2014: product specialist and technical sales support. My responsibilities combined pre-sales, sales materials, demonstrations, training and web projects in an international environment.

May 2014 – January 2022: Systems Consulting manager for EMEA, leading seven pre-sales engineers.

Since January 2022: Senior Manager Systems Consulting worldwide, leading twelve engineers. I coordinate sales support, technical and commercial responses, and partner training. My approach to leadership centres on shared priorities, a clear value proposition and cooperation across disciplines.
